Top Sinaloa Cartel boss and major KTF operative Edgar Watson-Olivarra answers only to El Chapito Ivan Archivaldo Guzman. Ivan Archivaldo Guzman is widely considered boss of the Sinaloa Cartel. Financial intermediary is the Moscow based Sami El-Helou. He maintains a presence in Dubai.

India's NIA has arrested a key aide of Khalistan Tiger Force chief Arsh Dalla. Baljeet Singh from Bathinda district in Punjab was busted on arrival from the UAE. Baljeet provided logistics, identified extortion targets, recruited new goons, and moved money for Arsh Dalla.

Senior KTF want interim leader Arsh Dalla gone. He's seen as a street gangster bringing cop heat, lacking wisdom. Arsh Dalla is largely responsible for igniting sectarian conflict in Brampton. He associates with Jatt or JUUD rap artists, promoting his gangster lifestyle. Bir Singh Sandher and Gurjit Singh Jhajj, among other senior KTF, have had enough of him. Brampton's Inderjit Singh Gosal is the replacement they want to see in the top chair on the KTF.

The shooting at Amritpal Singh Dhillon was also meant to target Arsh Dalla who is a close friend. Arsh Dalla was said to be at his house during the shooting. Amritpal Singh Dhillon is a staunch supporter of the KTF, and is a cousin to Rajveer Singh Dhillon, owner of Sekhon & Sons nursery. The shooter is a member of the Bishnoi gang.

The Khalistan Tiger Force is a militant arm of the Khalistan movement. The Khalistan movement is a separatist organization seeking to create a homeland for Sikhs by establishing Khalistan. Arshdeep Singh Gill, 27, is from the Dalla village in the Moga district of Punjab. He escaped Punjab before arrest in 2020.

He joined Sikh separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, and after his murder Gill assumed all operations of the Khalistan Tiger Force. He operates the KTF in the clear open.

Sikhs For Justice lawyer Gurpatwant Singh Pannun was subject to a murder plot in the U.S. In videos, he threatens Hindus in Canada, telling them to go back to India. Pannun is also a designated terrorist.

Nijjar migrated to Canada in the mid-1990s and was a constant public face of the Khalistan Tiger Force. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun said CSIS warned Nijjar of a murder plot. Nijjar formed an alliance with Arshdeep Singh Gill. It's said Gill is a more accomplished killer than Nijjar.
